Terms

Clear ground rules for the house.

These terms govern CoreMello’s site, customer accounts, shop, memberships, digital products, and parent-managed family learning area.

Effective and last updated October 23, 2026

CoreMello is a brand of Futurovend Limited Liability Company. By using the services or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services or buy a product.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Twelvie family accounts may be opened only by a parent or legal guardian. Give accurate information, keep access to your email and parent PIN secure, and do not use another person’s account without permission.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and confirmation is sent or displayed. We may cancel and refund an order affected by fraud, a clear pricing error, unavailable inventory, or an item we cannot deliver.

Product pages identify what is included, whether an item is physical or digital, the available quantity, and any product-specific conditions. Those details form part of the purchase terms.

Some CoreMello releases are finite, numbered editions. A sold-out edition may remain in the archive and is not promised a restock. Edition numbers are assigned through the stated fulfilment process and are not guaranteed unless the product page expressly says otherwise.

The product page or checkout will state available shipping destinations, charges, expected dispatch timing, and whether an item is made to order. International buyers are responsible for customs charges or import taxes unless checkout says they are included.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and we will repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate. Any change-of-mind return window and item condition requirements will be stated before purchase. These terms do not limit return, cancellation, or warranty rights that cannot legally be waived.

Digital purchases are delivered through email, a customer account, or a time-limited download link. You may use purchased music and other digital content for personal listening and any additional uses expressly stated on the product page. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or make download links or files publicly available.

Digital sales are final where the law permits once access or delivery begins. This does not limit mandatory rights or your right to receive what was described. Contact us if a delivery link fails or the files are materially defective.

A recurring membership renews at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel using the account instructions or by contacting support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges and access normally continues through the paid period. We will give notice before a material price change takes effect on a future renewal when required.

Twelvie is a parent-managed educational and storytelling experience. A child does not create an account or enter payment information. The parent or guardian controls child profiles, consent, settings, approvals, devices, and redemptions. Points have no cash value and may be used only for the rewards or experiences described in the parent area.

Twelvie is not professional legal, medical, mental-health, or financial advice. Parents remain responsible for deciding how the material fits their family and for supervising a child’s use.

Futurovend LLC and its licensors own the CoreMello site, brands, stories, recordings, films, artwork, software, learning material, and other original content. A purchase gives only the personal-use or product-specific licence stated at the time of sale. Do not copy, exploit, scrape, disrupt, probe, bypass security, introduce malicious code, or use the services to violate law or another person’s rights.

We work to keep the services dependable, but they may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control. To the fullest extent the law permits, the services are provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and Futurovend LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

To the fullest extent the law permits, total liability arising from a paid product or membership will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Washington law governs these terms without overriding mandatory rights that apply where you live. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain effective. We may update these terms for future use or purchases; the date above identifies the current version. The terms shown when you purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or benefits you.
