Your information, kept with care.

This policy explains what CoreMello collects through its site, shop, customer accounts, memberships, and parent-managed family learning area.

Effective and last updated October 23, 2026

CoreMello is a brand of Futurovend Limited Liability Company. In this policy, “CoreMello,” “we,” and “us” refer to Futurovend LLC when it operates coremello.com and related CoreMello account services.

  • Account access: your email address, sign-in method, and the records needed to authenticate you.
  • Orders and memberships: receipt email, items or plans purchased, shipping details for physical goods, order status, entitlements, downloads, and related support messages.
  • Mailing lists and contact: your email address and anything you include in a message to us.
  • Twelvie parent area: the parent or guardian’s email, consent record, PIN hash, signed-in devices, and settings chosen for the family account.

A child never creates a CoreMello login. The account holder is a parent or legal guardian who gives consent before creating a child profile. We store the child’s first name or nickname, birthdate, lesson settings, progress, quiz answers, reflections, points, and redemption requests so the programme can work.

We do not ask a child for an email address, payment details, precise location, contacts, photographs, or advertising profile. Parents can review or delete a child profile from the parent area or by contacting us. Some transaction or consent records may be retained when the law requires it.

Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request time, diagnostic logs, and security events. Signed-in services also use session identifiers and may store a plain-language device label so a parent can recognize and remove a signed-in device.

Your browser may store theme or consent choices locally. We do not sell personal information or use children’s profile information for targeted advertising.

  • Authenticate accounts and send one-time sign-in links.
  • Process orders, deliver downloads, maintain memberships and entitlements, and provide support.
  • Run the parent-managed Twelvie learning experience and preserve progress.
  • Send requested release or house updates and honor unsubscribe choices.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, secure the services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We share information only as needed to operate the services: Vercel hosts the site and application; Neon stores account, order, and learning records; Stripe hosts checkout and processes payments; Resend delivers account, order, and mailing-list email; Cloudflare provides network and storage services; and Google provides sign-in when you choose that option on the customer account site.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or rights, or during a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Account and learning information is kept while the account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, apart from a limited suppression record needed to honor that choice. Order, tax, accounting, consent, fraud-prevention, and entitlement records may be kept for legal and operational needs.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain uses. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder or child’s parent or guardian.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including one-time sign-in links, hashed parent PINs, access controls, and hosted checkout. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries under safeguards required by applicable law.

We may update this policy when the services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Use of the services is also subject to the Terms of Use and Sale.
